A vegetable healthy and quick to prepare
• 800 g of carrots
• 1 small glass of brandy
• 100g butter
• 1 tablespoon honeys
Clean carrots , cut them into slices . In a pan melt the butter , season carrots for a few minutes . Add salt , stir again . Add honey , stir , cover and cook for about twenty minutes over medium heat . Sometimes add a little water if needed . Eventually sprayed on carrots brandy and let it evaporate . Withdrawn , sprinkle with chopped parsley . Good for roasts of beef, poultry and pork .
