Lady finger biscuits

Preparazione:
Divide into 2 containers the egg whites from the yolks of eggs .
Whisk the egg whites adding some lemon guard to fit better , and place in the fridge .
Ilo Dissolve cocoa and train medallions
Beat the egg yolks and then in order to add sugar, mascarpone and egg whites already mounted . Mix everything . Soak the ladyfingers in the coffee and mascarpone cream alternating the biscuits and chocolate medallions
Fill the rest of the cups / glasses with the first mixture and place in the fridge to harden for a while ‘ .
